Laureano A.V.Diiaz

Review: I had a written contract with Mr diaz for house improvement on 11/22/2013 at address [redacted] MD [redacted]. The contact include electrical work, shower, paint, kitchen cabinet, replace wood floor etc for total amount of #11,000( Eleven thousand). Mr diaz grantee that he will be willing to fix any defect or damage to the work with six months of completion, however, the hard wood floor on one side of the room completely raised of the glue and making a crack nose to walk on. My wife([redacted]) contacted Mr. diaz and explained the situation. He has refused to come and even look at the wood floor. We signed contract but we are wondering what course of action legal or otherwise here on to follow. Thus need you professional advice.Desired Settlement: We will provide the material again, and like Mr diaz to come and fix the work defect
