Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The policy quoted does not hold hereThe property was not stolen or misplacedThe maintennce crew emptied the Garage I had a contract for to the end of my previous lease until February 26th They did so with out my permission and with out contacting meI still live there! I even renewed my lease for another monthsI have resided at Laurel Canyon now for years plusAll items documented were 100% accurate in my first reportThe only items I removed in the month of January were boxes (still sitting on my balcony) with books and personal items that was NOT included in my report because I removed them [redacted] even acknowledge on the phone the mistake by Laurel Canyon, offering me a "peace offering" of another garage free of charge for the remainder of my leaseI refused as I no longer need a garage anyways due to all my possessions being removed by the apartment complex staffThe illegally emptied my garage no matter how they attempt to spin the storyI will absolutely make sure all know the truth and pursue all actions necessary to recover my property taken by Laurel CanyonThey also can not tell me what happened to the possessions in the garage that they emptiedWhy is that? As SAPD reported this is a he said/ she said civil matter as there was no stolen propertyIt was removed illegally and immorally by Laurel Canyon StaffI am left with the course seeking help from KENS Trouble Shooters and Civil Legal Action as Laurel Canyon and Grey Star Property Management no longer wishes to handle this matter in a civil wayThis was their choice not mine as I tried to contact them and they refused to call me or email me back Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: The policy quoted does not hold here. The property was not stolen or misplaced. The maintennce crew emptied the Garage I had a contract for to the end of my previous lease until February 26th 2015. They did so with out my permission and with out contacting me. I still live there! I even renewed my lease for another 13 months. I have resided at Laurel Canyon now for 5 years plus. All items documented were 100% accurate in my first report. The only items I removed in the month of January were 3 boxes (still sitting on my balcony) with books and personal items that was NOT included in my report because I removed them. [redacted] even acknowledge on the phone the mistake by Laurel Canyon, offering me a "peace offering" of another garage free of charge for the remainder of my lease. I refused as I no longer need a garage anyways due to all my possessions being removed by the apartment complex staff. The illegally emptied my garage no matter how they attempt to spin the story.
