Review: June 3, 2014 I went to the Laurel Carwash @ 10 am. While waiting in line for inside cleaning.. I observed a man (older), [redacted] rip open the bag of trash that the lady just put in the trash can, pull out mail start reading it and than put some of the information in his pocket. I spoke to the cashier who told me "[redacted] was the manager. He just looked at me and said nothing -- what is he supposed to do about it. [redacted] the older [redacted] man at the cleaning station also said "so what". I was finally given the name of the owner "[redacted]", however he doesn't come to the carwash to see about his business. I have called several times to speak to him..all I get is nasty conversation from [redacted] or [redacted], whomever says they are the manager. I will go to the police about this situation. Most of the workers there are probably illegal, something must be done about this. This is how people's identity are stolen.Desired Settlement: Fire [redacted], the manager and he older [redacted] who was doing it and anybody else who thinks it ok to steal mail out of the trash can. If this problem is solved I will start a petition to protest the illegal immigrants that work there they stealing that they do!!

Review: I took my [redacted] 2014 to Laurel Car wash today 8/8/14 at around 1:10 pm. After the people at the car wash finished washing the truck, then I noticed some scratches on the hood, the front door and the back passenger's door right side. I called the attention of the manager of the car wash to the problem, and he stated that "it will get scratched everyday that there is nothing he can do about it. This truck was bought brand new in March 2014. There was no scratch on it before I took it to Laurel car wash. Please I need your help, advise, and intervention to this matter. The manager refused to give me his name, he does not have any good word to say about the situation. No good customer service. Laurel car wash ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I want the Laurel Car wash to fix the scratches on the truck. Be responsible to fix the scratches.
