Review: I have come to this cleaners 3 times and never had a problem. But I end up having a problem on 31 October 2013. I took my new era baseball cap in to be cleaned on 30 October 2013. I went to go pick up my cap on 31 October 2013. Before paying for the service, I checked to see the condition and cleaning of the cap, I noticed that was not in the same condition when I had brought it in to be cleaned. It had there brown spot like burned marks on it and the hat was flimsy. That wasn't the condition of the hat when I left it. I pointed the problem out to the woman, she kept telling me about the color of my hat that it wouldn't come out. I explained to her from sweat the mark on it that it was a chance it might not come out. That is why I brought it in to be cleaned, but clearly the problem was the three marks that were created by the cleaners, and not my doing. We kept going back and forth; she wanted me to pay for the cleaning of the hat. I declined, and then eventually she told me to come back at 5pm to ask the guy who cleaned my hat what had happened. I told her that I couldn't and that I wanted her to take care of the issue right then and there. To compensate me the cost of the hat which I got in New york that was thirty dollars. She ignored me and walked away and kept repeating for me to come back at five, and I told her that I wouldn't be able too. That I had to take of something around that time and that I wanted to take care of it right now. Then I called [redacted]'s County Police, they came and I explained what happened. They told that they couldn't do anything and suggested that I could sue the cleaners and go to small claims court or to get in touch with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like the full value of the hat. Which cost me thirty dollars. I will have to go to new york city to purchase this hat.
