DEAR Revdex.com,I'M IN RECEIPT OF Revdex.com COMPLAINT ID # [redacted] DATED THURSDAY,MAY 07, 2015.RESPONSE DATED THURSDAY, MAY 14, 2015I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE CUSTOMER DAYS AFTER SHE PURCHASED THE TABLE MY ASSOCIATE WAS HERE AND TALKED TO HERABOUT THE TABLE SHE WAS WITH TWO FRIENDS AND THEY WERE VERYEXCITED WITH THE PIECE SHE TOOK A PHOTO WITH HER PHONE TOSEND TO HER HUSBAND AND SAID SHE WOULD BE BACKSHE CAME BACKINTO THE STORE ABOUT MINUTES LATER AND I QUOTE "MY HUSBANDLOVED IT, I HAVE TO HAVE THE TABLE".THE CUSTOMER HAS FAILED TO EXPRESS TO THE Revdex.com IN HER LETTERTHAT SHE HAD THE TABLE FOR DAYS BEFORE SHE DECIDED TO CALL.WHY DID SHE WAIT SO LONG BEFORE CALLING? SHE ALSO FAILED TOTELL THE Revdex.com THAT WE HAVE A 1/X SIGN WITH BOLD BLACKLETTERS STATING OUR POLICY THE SIGN READS 'ALL SALES ARE FINAL'.THE SIGN CANNOT BE MISSED.OUR CUSTOMER EXPRESSES IN HER LETTER THAT "SHE SHOULD BE ABLETO RETURN IT AS SHE WOULD ANYWHERE ELSE" THIS IS CERTAINLYNOT THE CASE AS ALL RETAILERS HAVE DIFFERENT STORE POLICIES ONEXCHANGES AND RETURNS, AS WELL AS TIME FRAMES FOR THEIR POLICIES.SHE HERSELF DID NOT ASK MY ASSOCIATE WHAT OUR POLICY WAS.IN ADDITION, OUR CUSTOMER DID NOT MENTION IN HER LETTER THATSHE THREATENED TO "PUT US OUT OF BUSINESS" IF WE DIDN'T GIVEHER THE MONEY BACK AT THAT POINT MY CONVERSATION, AS IEXPRESSED TO HER, WAS OVER.IN GOOD FAITH, WE WOULD GRACIOUSLY OFFER A STORE CREDIT OF THEPURCHASED PRICE WITH THE RETURN OF THE TABLE WE DO NOT REFUND MOST SINCERELY,STORE OWNER

Review: I bought a side table Friday april 27, I am trying to return the table and the owner won't take it back, she is now saying they do not do returns, When I purchased this product that was never mentioned to me to, neither does it say it on the receit, I called her twice to ask her to please take the table back and informed her that the. O return policy was never mentionedat the time of purchase, but she refuses to take it back. This was a 210.00 dollar table, I should be able to return it as I would anywhere else. I would appreciate it if I could get help in returning this table and explaining this business owner to be more specific and clear about the merchandise she sells.Desired Settlement: I would like for this bussiness to take the table back and return my money
