[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] NONE OF THE SOLICITING, SALES ADVERTISING OR PROMOTIONAL PAPERS WILL EVER BE WELCOME FOR "ANYONE" AT THIS ADDRESS UNDER THE NAME OF " [redacted] " NOR " [redacted] " COMING FROM KIATHIS WAS MADE "CLEAR" TO ALEX N***, WHO DOESN'T SEEM TO THINK THAT PEOPLE WHO COMPLAIN ABOUT RECEIVING THESE UNNECESSARY / ERRONEOUS MAILINGS DO NOT HAVE EFFECTIVE RECOURSE AGAINST SUCH HARASSMENT - SO MUCH THAT WE RECEIVED YET ANOTHER MAILING FROM THEM LAST WEEK I AM HEREBY REQUESTING THAT THE Revdex.com RETAIN A COPY OF MY COMPLAINT IN THE FILES OF LAUREL KIA UNDER MRN***S' NAME PERMANENTLY, AND THAT I AM NOTIFIED WHEN THIS IS DONE THE REASON?IT IS FAR TOO EASY FOR SOMEONE UNSUSPECTING TO REGARD PAPERS LIKE THIS AS LEGITIMATE, AND GIVE UP MONEY, NOT KNOWING THAT ALL MAILING FROM N***'S OFFICE ARE "TRASH" FORTUNATELY, MY SISTER AND I SHARE A HOME, AND WE "KNOW" BETTER THE FACT THAT THESE SOLICITOUS MAILINGS KEPT COMING AFTER WE CALLED AND REQUESTED THEY STOP WOULD TELL ANYONE A LOT TOO MANY PEOPLE GET SCAMMED FROM MAILINGS LIKE N***S' - BUT IT IS NOT ABOUT TO HAPPEN AT THIS ADDRESS THIS IS THE REASON FOR OUR REJECTION.*** [redacted] , ET AL

I do not even know where to begin with a complaint full of so many inaccuracies and exaggerations The only mistake Laurel Kia has made in the whole process is not taking care of the odor in the car For that I apologize and will make sure it gets taken care of The reason for the re sign of paperwork was because Mrs [redacted] went home and decided the legally binding contract she signed was no longer good for her So in good faith we decided to make her happy and make some changes to get her payment down Something that is never done and obviously wasn't appreciated So yes, she did have to drive out to our dealership in order to save thousands of dollars She was also issued a day temporary tag, tags NEVER take weeks to come in when dealing with an out of state deal Especially when said deal takes weeks to fund since the client re negotiated the terms after the sale was over The talk of compensating for troubles is alarming to me as Mrs [redacted] still owes Laurel Kia $yet is talking about gas money owed to her If she would like to reach out to me directly to take care of these issues she is more than welcome In the meantime I recommend that Mrs [redacted] takes $off of the money she owes us to get her car deodorized closer to her and for the gas troubles I have no interest in an unhappy customer but strongly believe we are doing everything with the best intentions Thank You, Alex N***

the re sign of paperwork was because Mrs. [redacted] went home and decided the legally binding contract she signed was no longer good for her.  So in good faith we decided to make her happy and make some changes to get her payment down.  Something that is never done and obviously wasn't appreciated.  So yes, she did have to drive out to our dealership in order to save thousands of dollars.  She was also issued a 60 day temporary tag, tags NEVER take 2 weeks to come in when dealing with an out of state deal.  Especially when said deal takes weeks to fund since the client re negotiated the terms after the sale was over.  The talk of compensating for troubles is alarming to me as Mrs. [redacted] still owes Laurel Kia $750 yet is talking about gas money owed to her.  If she would like to reach out to me directly to take care of these issues she is more than welcome.  In the meantime I recommend that Mrs. [redacted] takes $250 off of the money she owes us to get her car deodorized closer to her and for the gas troubles.  I have no interest in an unhappy customer but strongly believe we are doing everything with the best intentions.

Review: I AM RECEIVING NEARLY HUNDREDS OF LETTERS FROM AN ALEX N[redacted] AND STEVE Y[redacted] OF LAUREL KIA, CONSTANTLY CONTACTING ME ABOUT BUYING MY CAR. THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD TIME AND TIME AGAIN THAT I DO NOT HAVE A CAR TO SELL, AND I HAVE REQUESTED THAT THEY STOP SENDING ME CORRESPONDENCE OF ANY KIND TO MY HOME ADDRESS, REGARDLESS OF WHO IT IS ADDRESSED TO. THEIR LETTERS ARE NOTHING BUT SPAM. IF I DID THIS TO THEM, THEY'D BE RAISING *%!!.Desired Settlement: BASICALLY, STOP CONTACTING ME, FOREVER. I DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FACILITY, AND WOULD APPRECIATE NOT HAVING TO DUMP MY TRASH, WHICH IS FULL OF LETTERS FROM THIS Business.
