I agree. The customer service is not good at all. We found it very difficult to get information about everything because it was never clear about who we should contact. Seems like nobody wants to take responsibility or ownership of their job. Since it is an online school, it is very easy to “hide” and not be available. Teachers were often difficult to contact. The laurel springs help room was frequently unoccupied or the teachers had no idea how to help. The records department is a disaster and inefficient. For the cost of tuition, not worth it.

Review: My brother enrolled in Laurel Springs with the hope of getting a good online education. On his first day with he program he had technical issues with their system and our mac computer. He was so frustrated with the system and the technical issues it was giving our computer that he unenrolled with the school and enrolled into our designated school in town. Trying to reach someone from the school to get a refund took days. I got the worst customer services and was only able to get refunded $465.00 out of the $1150.00 I payed for part of the tuition. I expected to receive 90% of what I paid but got ripped off when the school explained that it was 90% of the whole tuition. My brother had only used their system for a hour and they are expecting to keep $685.00 which is ridicules. On top of all this after the cancellation I look at the card statement to find that they are now taking an unauthorized $15.00 from my account. I am now continuing to reach out to someone in the company and am unsuccessful after a week.Desired Settlement: I hope to recover the $15.00 that was taken from my account unauthorized as well as 90% of the $1150.00 that I paid for tuition.

I got ripped off of about $600 because of the unfair policy and the horrible customer service. I do not have a problem with the admin fee that can not be refunded, I have a problem with the $600 that the company does not want to give back to me because of this unfair policy.
