I also bought a car from this person who sells vehicles that are not in proper working condition. I was purchasing a first vehicle for my daughter. I was told that the vehicle just had the timing belt replaced. 6 days after purchasing this vehicle, the timing belt went out again. My mechanic explained that if I replaced the timing belt, it would continue to break due to the other mechanical problems. I contacted the dealer who just kept saying "You signed for it AS IS". Due to the reviews of this dealer, it seems like this is a common problem for him. If you are asked to sign an "AS IS" paper run away!

Review: Bought a car, after a week of driving the check engine light came on, took it in to the shop. Was told it needed a new Transmission. Called dealer, he said he would take care of it for me just get it done now. Dealer never paid, and doesn't return phone calls anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like assistance in the cost of the transmission repairs, which in total amounted to 2586.11. Ideally 100% of cost, but at this point would settle for 50%.
