small business, great quality items, good prices, unbeatable sales & sweetest customer service!
After placing an order I was told there were ten day shipping delays, after almost two months I am still waiting for my order and cannot reach anyone.
I placed an order with Lauren *** on May 21st during a *** flash sale. I was told there would be ten day shipping delays. After about 13 days I reached out to the business to check on my order. I emailed, "live chatted" on the website, texted a number provided, called the number on my order receipt (no longer in service!), and called the number on the website several times. I was unable to get any response for quite a while. I finally got through to someone on the phone and she told me the warehouse was taking a while to fulfill orders, which I understood since with COVID everything is a bit delayed. However, it was another 4 or 5 weeks before I got a shipping confirmation. 6 of the 9 items I ordered shipped to me (the products I ordered are great, no complaint there). Two weeks later I have gotten no notification about shipment of my remaining 3 items in my order. I don't know if they are back ordered or if they will be shipped soon, or if they just forgot about them. I have tried calling and emailing again. I've probably called 30 times at various times throughout the day/week and left many messages, but no one will answer or call me back or return my emails. I went on the website to leave a review, and the review was taken down within ten minutes, yet they refuse to return my calls or emails. At this point I would just like to know if they are going to ship my items or get a refund for the *** they owe me. After almost two months of trying to reach out to customer service I am frustrated with their lack of concern for their customers.
I would most prefer contact from the business to see what is going on and if I'm going to get the items I ordered. I understand that they may be busy with everything going on, but it's just bad business to not ever be available to your customers. On top of this, if they are not going to be able to send my items within the next week or so then I just want a refund for the *** they owe me.
I finally got them on the phone today and they issued a refund promptly. The customer service still leaves a lot to be desired after trying for weeks with no luck to contact anyone; however, my issue in particular was resolved today.
I ordered Clothing online from LaurenJames.com on May 17th (the money went through PayPal on May 18th). They will not respond to my phone calls, emails, or live chats, other than responding 'we'll get back to you soon.? I've tried for three weeks to get an explanation of when my order will ship or how to get a refund. My order # is XXXXXX and I spent *** Other phone numbers online are disconnected. Today is July 3rd and it's likely the 15th attempt with no real response. Thank you for your help.

I received 1/2 of my products and received a credit for the other half of my products. They came approximately 2 weeks after filing my claim with you.
Thank you for your help, but I no longer need your it with this problem. The company resolved it finally.
