Review: I purchased a ring from LaurenKlein.com and it did not advertise that it was not in stock. I clicked to receive an email conformation of my order and did not receive one. The company was unable to be reached by phone. I literally called at least 50 times. There was no answer and the voice mailbox is full. I communicated by email with the company which was difficult to get a response. I have all sent emails and responses saved. The email responses were either a word or one/two sentences from a person named [redacted]. At first, they said the ring would be delivered before Christmas. I heard nothing and wrote several emails. I got an email back asking if I wanted to cancel the order because the ring would not arrive before Christmas. I wrote that I wanted to keep the order and they responded "Great." Again, I was not provided information about the delivery date and did not receive an email. I wrote several emails again and the same person wrote me back stating that they would call the manufacturer and they didn't know what to tell me (I find this to be unacceptable). I provided my phone number in the emails and to this day have never received a phone call. Again, I received no email update or information. My credit card was charged in full on December **, 2014. Today I wrote an email stating that I was going to file a criminal complaint and contact the Revdex.com. I received an email that the order was canceled and the ring was no longer available. As of now, there is no credit on my credit card. The credit card company said I need to provide the company 15 days before I can file a complaint. On a side note, I also gave the company an option to provide me with a comparable ring. The company provided little to no information in the process, charged my credit card, falsely advertised that the ring was available, and were extremely unprofessional in my opinion. I personally feel this company is a scam.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card refunded immediately and I also want the company investigated for fraud. However, I will be satisfied with the first resolution.

Review: After having purchased an item from Lauren Klein in May of 2013, it was NOT shipped within the amount of time they stated. Rather, it took nearly a month and me opening a dispute with my credit card company. They do not answer phones or e-mails unless it is a very rare occasion. After receiving the item, they sent me the WRONG thing! After following the return directions that they finally sent me, and having received confirmation of their receipt of the item, I have NOT received a refund after 3 months or so of sending the product back. My order number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I simply want my money back. They've practically stolen from me, since I paid for the item, returned it back to them, and never received my money back.

Review: I purchased an order online for an engagement ring from [redacted] back in late December 2014.Lauren Klein jewelry obviously has great attention to detail when it comes to choosing jewelry for their website. I ordered a size 5, which I have a receipt email for proof. I propose in January, and the ring is perfect. Only issue is, it doesn't fit - far too big. At first, I get it sized at a few different Jewelry stores, and it turns out it's a size 7 3/4. I then write to Lauren Klein 2/*/2015 on their email (because their phone never answers, and you can't leave a voicemail because their mailbox is completely full) and explain that the ring is 100% perfect, we just need to switch out the size. I get a response back on 2/*/2015 saying that's completely fine, and if I ship it to them, everything is good. I send the ring out 2/**/15 and have it sent 2-day shipping. I check the tracking # and it arrived to NY 2/**. I write an email asking them to look out for it. Nothing happens, and I write 3 more emails or a span of 10 days, and finally they respond on the [redacted], saying it will be shipped out early in the week. I get an email this last Thursday, [redacted], saying they JUST shipped it, and it will be expedited. It's now the [redacted] of March, a whole calendar week since they shipped it, and I have nothing. When I write to them this Tuesday, I write out everything that has transpired and express my frustration, and write that if something isnt communicated within 48 hours, I will be seeking legal action. It's then that they send me a sticker with the shipping info, but it took all of this to get them to give me any information. Their customer service skills are rancid, and they don't even have the decency to say sorry. Not even once. I have the entire transcript of our conversations, and not once do they take accountability as a business. They even write rancid. "Hey, ring was shipped out today......." Are you kidding? I spent good money on this ring, only to have them screw up and never take action.Desired Settlement: I have not gotten my ring. I've written to [redacted] and expressed that although their ring is beautiful, I'd rather take my money and go somewhere else. I have every bit of information on the order along with the order number and credit card used, so I would like my money back. And more importantly, I want them to say SORRY.

Review: I had placed an order with this company over a week ago and the order has not been processed. The money has been taken out of my bank account and I have no idea what is going on with the shipment. I have sent numerous e-mails and I have called the number provided multiply times. No one has replied to my e-mails or the voicemails I have left.Desired Settlement: I am hoping that I will hear back from the company regarding the order. It was a Christmas gift that never came in and I'm just wanting the item to ship.

Review: I ordered 2 necklaces from the website and $33.98 was taken out of my account on October [redacted]. According to the website, I should have received the product in 2-3 weeks. It's now December [redacted] and I have called the phone number ###-###-#### but you can never leave a voicemail because it states it is always full and nobody ever picks up the phone. I have also emailed, but not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like the $33.98 refunded back to me. I no longer want the necklaces. To never send the product or even answer phone calls or emails is just bad practice. Looks like I am not the only individual that this has happened to. Maybe they need to consider that they shouldn't be in business and take their website down.

Review: I ordered a red string bracelet online on October *, 2015... Never recieved it, have tried to contact Lauren Klein Jewelry via email and phone calls, with no response. I contacted [redacted] and since its been past 60 says I cannot dispute charges and now have to pay $166.50. The physical address that Lauren Klein has listed is a [redacted] store, I called the [redacted] store, they have never heard of Lauren Klein Jewelry. I am led to believe that this is a fraudulent company.Desired Settlement: I would like the bracelet or my money back.

Review: I unfortunately purchased a bracelet from Lauren Klein Jewelry and had a terrible experience. I did receive the bracelet in a timely fashion. It was very pretty but too delicate and I was afraid it would break. I called and emailed the company to inquire about replacing the chain with a sturdier one. A representative from Lauren Klein wrote back and told me that it could be done, but she needed to get back to me with a price. I never heard back, even after repeated calls and emails. This company does not answer their phones; a fact I have seen on similar complaints. I returned the bracelet and expressed an interest in exchanging it for a necklace that was on their web site in the sale section. I did not hear anything for quite a while , then was told they could do this for me. Again, weeks went by, and no one contacted me. I wrote several emails that were ignored. In my last email, I said I was going to report Lauren Klein to the Revdex.com. Interestingly enough, a got a response immediately saying that the item was still "in production". Lauren Klein had no problems taking my money immediately. This whole process when on for several months!! I finally contacted my credit card company and the next day, Lauren Klein issued a refund for the amount I paid less $18.50. I was so disgusted by their outrageous business practices that I asked my credit card company to pursue the balance for the principle of it.

Lauren Klein is not a legitimate business. They advertise products that are not in stock, do not answer phone calls, or respond to emails. If I had not contacted my bank, Lauren Klein would have kept my money and moved on. Do not do business with Lauren Klein. BUYER BEWARE.Desired Settlement: Issue the $18.50 you still owe me and don't tell me it's a restocking fee. I should be charging you for the interest incurred on my statement and for the hassle you put me through.

Thank you for the update on my complaint with Lauren Klein. I have not heard from her company.

Review: On October **, 2013 I ordered a necklace from LaurenKlein.com. I paid for that necklace through [redacted]. A couple of days later I received a notice of shipment in an email. I clicked on the tracking for several days and it would not give me any tracking information. I then emailed the company twice before getting a response stating that they did not stock that item anymore and that I would receive a full refund. Well I checked my [redacted] account and no refund was given.

I thought I would give them a couple of days to process before I contacted them. I the mean time the necklace I ordered came via UPS. I had already ordered and received another necklace from another company (this was an anniversary present), so I sent it back UPS the next day. They received the item on November *, signed by [redacted]. I should have received my refund by now and they are not returning my emails or my phone calls. They are definitely avoiding me.

I have since checked on the internet to see if anyone else had had trouble with this company and apparently I am not the only one.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. They have there merchandise, now they need to refund me. To me this is theft, plain and simple. I would appreciate any help you can offer.

Review: Lauren Klein jewelry company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They do not answer e-mails or voicemails. They promise to deliver items by a certain date and then never come through.They charge your card for the product immediately but it takes them MONTHS to actually ship the item. Despite daily attempts to contact the company, they do not respond or give any update on the items. I've had a few negative interactions with this company. In this case they ruined a little girls b-day by promising to deliver a present and then never doing it. Previously, I was never reimbursed for earrings that they charged me for but never sent. It was a Christmas present that I ordered and on Christmas Eve they told me that they didnt have it in stock. I asked that they ship it as soon as possible and they never did. I had to contact them in August of the following year and it still took them weeks to get me my refund. This company should not be in business.Desired Settlement: I would like some kind discount on an item and for that item to be overnighted
