Had a great experience at Dick's RV out of Arkansaw, WI I bought a used camper from them that I had found onlineThere were great pictures of it to know what I was buying and they answered the phone and got back to me about my inquiries, I applied for financing online, through their website, and it was a breezeUpon arrival of my scheduled time to pick it up, my salesman Jame had everything ready and in orderThe camper was cleaned and in the shop awaiting my approvalAnything I noticed after inspection was immediately taken care ofJame also mentioned that I would receive a day warranty on all appliances.They even left me keep it in the shop while I mounted my own adapter on itI had brought my own tools but noticed I forgot one thingThe shop personal were very helpful with letting be borrow theirs and even helped when lifting on my gooseneck adapter onto the camperI bought a few things from the showroom and even received 10% off my entire purchaseAfter bringing it home and camping in it a few times I noticed a few small issuesThe thermostat was not working properly and the fridge was missing some small clips for the shelf I made one phone call to Randy, the shop foreman, and he sent me a thermostat and the clips at no chargeI also had a problem with a set of LED lights, that I bought from them, and Randy sent a new set to me at no chargeI'm completely satisfied with my purchase at Dick's RVA shout out to Jame and Randy for being very helpfulI've dealt with a larger RV dealer, on a previous camper that I owned, and was no where near the pleasant experience I had at Dick'sI've been camping with my family for years and would do business again here
my WIFE is handicapped-* *** *** * *** *** & we do not deserve the rude & offensive email we got back from Dicks RV we were never TOLD why his voice mail was full- we were NEVER TOLD the service mgrwas out at a funeral- WE WEREW never told COMMUNICATION goes along way BUT instead we got a rude & offensive email from ***'s RV telling us how insensitive we were & uncaring and we care more about our food-bread-beverages-OMG My wife is back 85% & we are so tired of people treating her as a *** ***-*** We have phone records that we WERE calling Dicks RV on the frigerator starting in APRIL when we opened the camper do they believe us-- NO!!! Because of her disability- Yes we have a lot of friends helping us in the matter from church and YES my wife worked for an attorney for years- and we were told to mention this from the past they have addressed- because camping-this camper got her through some pretty rough times YES her friends have offered to help us with this matter-what part of TBI (terrible brain injury) do you not understand?? ARE we going to go forward with this NO Dicks *** does not stand behind the product-Communicate with their customeare having other companies who are being very nice to us-- help us with the camper frigerator-
Complete lack of integrityVery poor customer service from the entire staff after initial purchase; recommend you find another storeThey missed different delivery dates and then gave me serious attitude when I asked them to setup the mattress and frame (like I paid for)The driver/owner setup the frame and left the mattress and box spring leaning against my wall and leftThe box spring liner started tearing open right after they leftThe mattress sags in the middleI'm going to have to replace it with a better oneYou don't get a great deal with these people you get what you pay forWhen they said they were cheap I thought they were talking about their prices; they meant overall
We bought a mattress for our disabled daughter from "Lauren's Fine Furnishings" on *** *** *** *** Location earlier this year, at which Lauren’s Fine Furnishings is no longer locatedThey are now located on *** *** *** ***(Before the Peoria location, they were located in Glendale, on*** *** *** *** ***.) When we bought the full mattress we were assured it was new as it was in plasticWhen we got it home after some use by our daughter the mattress fell apart, revealing an old, used mattress intact underneath the “new” quiltingWe returned on 9/11/to ask if the mattresses were all new with new materials, and they said yesThere are no tags on these fake mattresses (knock offs of a Canadian brand) and they will claim to not know what they are comprised ofThey also sell these online on OfferUp and *** as new mattresses, THEY ARE NOT NEWGross Mattress! ***
