Review: [redacted] was hired to take care of the sale of a gas station owned by my late companion [redacted]. At the time of the sale the buyer used his own attorney to complete the transaction. He was given $7,500 for a job that he never completed. He wrote that he would pay the money back and never did. He have in writing that [redacted] acknowledged that he owed the money. The payment should have been received in 2010. I have made both written contact and phone contact with him and have yet to receive the money. As the executor of [redacted]'s will I am seeking compensation.Desired Settlement: To be reimbursement for the $7,5000

Review: I hired [redacted] to prepare a simple trust. I left a retainer in which he would start the process. Shortly thereafter we were hit with hurricane Irene. His number was inoperable for quite some time in which I assumed it was due to the storm. I gave ample time for him to regroup. I finally spoke to him early spring in which he stated that the roof received damage but he was prepared to move forward. This action never occurred. I called on numerous occasions in which he repeatedly told me he would get back to me. The last call I made to Mr. [redacted], I requested a specific date for a call back. This courtesy was never fulfilled.Desired Settlement: I do not feel comfortable allowing Mr. [redacted] to handle my legal affairs and I would like a full refund of 1000.00 (my retainer).
