Laurens fine furnishings is now on [redacted] and [redacted] doing business as [redacted]. None of their mattresses have federaly required tags showing materials and new or recycled content, read the other reviews and it is easy to figure out why. Avoid this company at all cost, the mattresses they sell aren't just gross but unsanitary and dangerous in my opinion . I was lucky and found reviews prior to delivery.
Complete lack of integrity. Very poor customer service from the entire staff after initial purchase; recommend you find another store. They missed 4 different delivery dates and then gave me serious attitude when I asked them to setup the mattress and frame (like I paid for). The driver/owner setup the frame and left the mattress and box spring leaning against my wall and left. The box spring liner started tearing open right after they left. The mattress sags in the middle. I'm going to have to replace it with a better one. You don't get a great deal with these people you get what you pay for. When they said they were cheap I thought they were talking about their prices; they meant overall.
We bought a mattress for our disabled daughter from "Lauren's Fine Furnishings" on [redacted] Location earlier this year, at which Lauren’s Fine Furnishings is no longer located. They are now located on [redacted]. (Before the Peoria location, they were located in Glendale, on[redacted].) When we bought the full mattress we were assured it was new as it was in plastic. When we got it home after some normal use by our daughter the mattress fell apart, revealing an old, used mattress intact underneath the “new” quilting. We returned on 9/11/14 to ask if the mattresses were all new with new materials, and they said yes. There are no tags on these fake mattresses (knock offs of a Canadian brand) and they will claim to not know what they are comprised of. They also sell these online on OfferUp and [redacted] as new mattresses, THEY ARE NOT NEW.
