The website allowed me to order an item that was out of stock It then took them over a week to advise me of this I'm still waiting to ensure that my credit card hasn't been billed I would not recommend this site, and will never use it again

I placed and order on September 9 2016. It is now September 23 and I have no updates on this order status. I sent an e-mail to customer service on September 20 and have not received a reply. I have been calling 1-800 number and get an answering machine. My credit card has already been charged.
