I am rejecting this response because:Their account is wrong and they take care to not address the issue of not answering calls or responding to or returning messages. They came out on fri afternoon for a no-water call. We expressed urgency to get it up and running. They left saying they would call back to schedule. We talked the following Monday they said they couldn’t get there until the following Friday. At that point I said ok, yes come.. but also that if I found someone in meantime I’d let them know They understood this and agreed to that Friday appointment during that phone call. Also on that call we agreed to a price. As it turned out, we did not find anyone so kept the appointment and called during the week to re-affirm this but no answer at the business each time. Several, at least 3 voicemails in as many days were left on the company answering machine, each asking for a call back. Each went unanswered and at the same time their facebook posts verified they were taking on other new jobs throughout that period. On Thursday a message was left yet again as they would not pick up. The urgency was expressed in this call and was very clear that it was quite important we have water. This call also went unanswered. A subsequent call on Friday also went unanswered and was made because they failed to show. NO calls were ever responded to again, until of course much later when the Revdex.com complaint was made. After that the calls came flooding in (via texts) and became abusive. They said they didn’t want to do the work because the house was in disrepair and they might not get paid. This was insulting. The house is being renovated and we’ve never not paid a bill to anyone. At one point we had enough and told them to stop texting us and we’d let you (Revdex.com) handle it. They continued texting. I still have these texts. I told them it is now harassment and it was almost 10pm and if they didn’t stop we would have to call police, The calls then stopped.
