I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I would like it to be noted that this dispute arose on the attempt of Laurie's Total Salon to correct an issue from the initial visitEssentially, the opportunity to make the situation right was missed due to lack of communication within the organizationI didn't feel a fair and convenient resolution could have been reached without interventionI hope the salon uses this experience to improve and meet the potential it has for the future
