Store Manager at heartland have no experiance
Store Manager at heartland have no experiance at all to explaining the options of choosing reading glasses.. its a big issue when the manager just care about chetting the customer , offering a free fram and blue reflection option bi focal with 50$ discount ending up with 520$ with just 1.6 thin lense not even 1.67 ...
With no explination for any any issue with what ever glasses you are chosing if its suit for you or not .. she did the bi focal line in the centre of the lense in the way that you can sea 2 wourld one clear at the top and one half not clear at all.. telling me that most of the customer sitting behind the computer prefered this way while I already told her that I am having physical job two times , I spoke to thr locations Manager about that , he was nice ,he start explain what ever she supose to do but it seems that he can not do anything , the only thing is mu money 455$ in the garbage .. no any star should be given .. my mistake that I did not read the review first

I WAS SITTING AT A APPOINTMENT ALMOST HOURS AND STILL WASN'T SEENWHEN I WAS CALLED TO THE BACK, THE TREATMENT WAS WORSE I ARRIVED VIA [redacted] @ [redacted] MY appointment time was @ 9:30am......I saw older women, who were walk ins, go before me and get seen, I noticed how other patients, were checking in and being seenI went to the desk, not once, but twice to ask when I would be seen, the Front Desk Nurse let me know that there was a delay with the Nurse Practitioner......Ok This Is Now Two Hours and mins after I had checked inNow a CNA, Named ***, was already rolling her eyes at me, asked me to step on the scale, the CNA didn't have anything to write the weight down with, then she rushed to the examining room, w/o any BP or Temp or Looking at my chart, She "Assumed" because of my size, that I was on BP Meds, which I was Not, The Reason for the visit was a Follow Up to an accident which happened on 8/14/I needed no meds from them, just to sign off and sa

Failure to forward surgical clearance results to my surgeon
The results from tests, procedures, etchave been ready for more than a weekDespite my MANY calls and discussions with the nurse "***" they have not been forwarded to my surgeonEven my surgeon's office called to urge they be sent to no avail
I was told a week ago that my stuff was on Dr***' desk and that he would be "locking himself in his office to complete pending paperwork"...obviously a lie

I tried to pay the full amount of the remaining balance and was told I was given a title, to a vehicle that is currently under financethe company expects me to pay a extra $for a replacement title which is only $at the DMV
