Unfortunately [redacted]'s account is a bit different then mine. Yes she had been bringing her dog to my establishment for quite some time. Our practice is that we write down exactly what we do to each dog on thier customer card. I hadnt pulled her card yet when she came in. When I asked...

her if she wanted her dog shaved I was going to explain the dangers of having that done.  We also have sheets that we hand out on that matter. That being said, she had said no just what she always had done but short around ears this time. At that she left and I told her to be back in the two hours.  I pulled her dogs grooming card and groomed her dog according to the notes on the card. Except I also did short ears. I do not judge how people like to have thier dogs look. I do some that have them have mohawks, some lioncuts, some poodle bikinis, so on and so forth. I could tell that [redacted] wasnt thrilled with the groom when she picked her dog up. I explained that I groomed her dog according to the instructions on the card. She paid me and left.
She later left a message on my answering machine telling me of her disatisfaction. We played phone tag a couple of times in which I told her I would be happy to try to fix or give her a future groom. She did not like that at all and said she would never bring her dog back to my shop again. The only way to make her happy was to give her money back which I wasnt wanting to do. I did do two hours of hard work and followed the instructions that were left on the card.  I did feel bad that she was unhappy and I did want to try to rectify the situation. Ive been running my own buisness since 2006 and have over 500 customers and this is the first time Ive ever had this problem.
Sincerly [redacted]

[redacted] is completely avoiding the real issue in this matter. The real concern is that she shaved my whole dogs lower back and behind as you could see in the picture I attached in the first message. I specifically told her not to shave my dog and she did so anyways. I highly doubt his card, I am sure of it, to shave my dog as he has never ever been shaved in the past by the other groomer that used to work for her, and when I picked him up and showed that I was dissatisfied with the cot she even said she was confused by what the other groomer wrote. I specifically told her not to shave my dog and she did so anyways. This type of dog is not supposed to be shaved and as a groomer who has owned her business for that long you would think she would know that. It has been four months and his fur still is not coming back in correctly, and his current groomer said that it never will unfortunately. I am extremely upset about it because she went against what I asked her to do and ruined his fur permanently.  All I wanted was my $50 back  and she couldn't even do that. There's no way she could possibly have spent that whole two hours grooming my dog as the rest of him wasn't even groomed besides his ears and shaved behind/back,  so I had to take him to a different groomer and pay another $50 to have it done correctly.
Thank you,
[redacted]

[redacted] is wrong I am not6 or have I ever avoided the issue. I did not shave her dog. I used a 3/4 clipper blade on the back end of the dog just as it says on the grooming card. As for not spending mthe full two hours grooming, I most certainly did and was still finishing up when she came to pick him up. I brushed and bathed and blowdried the dog. Cleaned his ears, clipped his nails checked his annal glands and brushed his teeth. I told her if she was unhappy I would be glad to fix what I could if she would bring him back. But she did not want to do that.  Again I hope this can be resolved, but I did do the work.
    Thank you [redacted]

I have nothing more to say except that I will no longer bring my business to her. The proof is in the picture  that I have attached to this message and to her Facebook business page.  No person in their right mind would say that that was a decent grooming job.
