Review: I had an appointment to have my hair permed March 6th. I noticed after washing it at home I had curl only at the bottom once it dried. I called the salon around the 19th of March to let them know and I was asked to come in so the stylist could see. I went in the next day and had to take my kids but I understood the need to actually see it. It was agreed the perm did not take and I was told it needed to be done again, I explained I had to work around my husbands work schedule so I made the appointment for the next date I had a sitter which was today April 8th. I received a call before my appointment saying since I am outside their 2 week window I would have to pay for the perm because my hair has begun to grow an that could be why it is not curled, I reminded her I was in for the stylist to see weeks before and explained I would not be able to make it in right away. I was told the owner said a few other things and by this point I felt extremely uncomfortable and explained I was just wanting what I had paid for nothing more. I said I felt this was ridiculous and poor customer service and would reach out to the Revdex.com. I received another call about 10minutes later saying their was miscommunication and I should come in and have my hair done for half price and I told her I did not feel comfortable coming to the salon now and did not feel it was fair to have to pay. She then said there would be no charge and I again said I really don't feel comfortable walking into that salon again. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost I paid for the perm.
