I am rejecting this response because:
Where do I begin? Is it the circular logic? Their argument is , since we don't have his furniture, we never had it The proof that we never had it, is the fact that we don't have it I'm not going to get more involved with this than is necessary I have never filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in my life I did so, because their behavior was egregious It isn't the money, because used furniture isn't worth much except to its owner It is the lies, stonewalling, and inability to even talk to them(since they never return calls) Suffice it to say, they never made an offer to me about my furniture If they did, we wouldn't be where we are now When they delivered my furniture out of storage in Sept, 2015, the delivered someone else's bureau I told them to take it back since it wasn't mine MrP*** told me that other people were missing furniture since they moved warehouse locations I accepted his explanation, and was willing to wait till he straightened out his warehouse to find my pieces Six months went by, in which I was told by the office, that the place was so disorganized that the person in charge was fired and someone new was now in charge When I talked to this person, he said P*** was handling everything After six months I had had enough If further proof is needed about this company's practices, it is the time I called the township police and asked if a criminal complaint was possible for this situationI asked this, because for all I knew, someone in the company could be stealing furniture and selling it They said I could absolutely file a complaint and when they asked the name of the company, they said they were not surprised when I told them it was Lausch's That's right, this company's practices are known by the policeI spent almost $with them in years between storage and moving Al I wanted was some compensation for the missing pieces They said they had insurance(I assumed as much), but never gave me an offer, even though they admitted to losing other people's furniture in their move, and already delivered someone else's furniture to me Who know's who has mineAll I can do is write reviews which I will do to warn others I grew up in that city, and personally know people who are some of the biggest employers in the area Without a settlement, I feel it is my moral duty to warn as many people as possibleThank you

This is Jessica responding *** *** had contacted us and stated that our movers damaged his hardwood floors and his one refrigerator doorSo I had him put it in writing and then I set up a damage meeting with Dave and then with Jeff and MikeThe meeting took place and while the guys
were inspecting the floors they noticed that this could not have been a damage done on our part after hearing *** ***'s explanation of how it was doneHe stated to Mike and Jeff that the guys had the refrigerator on the pads and then showed the motion of where they moved it from and to what directionOnce *** *** told them that Jeff knew then that this was not done by our guysThe scratches in front of the refrigerator looked as if someone attempted to put the refrigerator in and out of the spot or so times and the ones across the floor were in a different direction then what *** *** had stated our guys moved itSo in closing at first, we were having *** *** look into a price quote but once Dave, Jeff and Mike spoke about it this was cancelled and we are not at fault*** *** was informed of this but had tried to insist that it was usIt was already discussed back and forth and it turned out it was not usThe refrigerator door we have sitting here we just need to make a time with *** *** to install itHe had tried to request so they would both be new but the dent was only to the one door during haulingWe promised to get a new one and we will see this through for the customerWe do stand behind our word to repair damages that we may have done if we find that in fact it was usI am sorry for *** ***'s floor but this was not our damage to pay forThank you

First of all, I would like to say that in no way shape or form was I intending to purposely do any damage to *** ***'s chairThe term that I used actually was broken down, is used as A term in the moving business for taking items down from the racking that we use to store themThe documents
that I have provided had been viewed prior to the move by the customerWe can prove it because the customer signed the documentsThe extra coverage that was purchased by the customer (increased valuation protection election form) is a blanket Full replacement coverageWhat this means, is that we are covering all of the customers items that we will be transporting at full replacement value up to the amount of $30,Also, if you will take note that there is a $deductible on any items claimed as damagedSo, whether the claim is for $or $30,000, we still have a $deductibleThis is clearly stated on that formHowever, I am willing, in the interest of compromising, to give the customer their chair backI will not deliver the chair, but I will have it available for pick up, without being brokenIn addition, the person who called the customer "the Fixit man" was merely stating that the chair was not actually made of leatherThere is a tag on the underside of the chair that States that the chair is made of 100% polyesterThe chair has not been in fact recovered, but there was an attempt made at repairing itThe repair attempt was made by a local professional that does leather repair and restorationThe reason he couldn't repair the item, is because the chair covering actually wasn't leather but he did make an unsuccessful attempt at it anyway because we wanted to try to make the chair rightNormally, when we have this type of situation, we pay out full replacement value for the item that was damaged, but we do keep the itemsIn essence, the items that we are taking, are being replacedIf we can use these items for anything, or sell them off at a fraction of the cost that we replaced our customers items for, we try to do thatI think it's good business to either recycle the item by getting it to someone who can use it, and it also helps offset the costs of these claimsI am sorry if my attempts to make this understood were maybe not clear enough for *** ***, but in the future I will make sure that I am more than clearI am hoping for your consideration to clear this up by having the chair available for pick up, and unbroken will resolve the situationThank you and please let me know if you have any other questions for me

I am rejecting this response because:Attachments may be done by Lausch's as I have all the same texts messages starting from 8/31/17. Company accepted full responsibility and agreeded to replace my set as it is a sectional and have failed to complyMy sectionals were stored from approximately 7/30/till 8/31/and as a consumer you trust that your belongings are taken care of, so I too could not believe my eyes when I seen the damage made while in the trusted care of this companyNot sure how they claim not to have seen the damages as they were quite visable.I was advised via text on 10/that the owner would contact meOn 10/4/@ 5:pm I contacted the mention company and left a voice message regarding the fact that no one has yet to contact meTo date I have not received a call in resolution to this matter. As of 10:am on 10/6/this case has been referred to my attorney at *** *** *** ***

*** had her sofa and love seat here, sometime while it was here for storageSometime while it was here the Large sofa had damage done to itWe did not see this when she came to pick it up and when I looked for the sofas I looked over the love seat and to see if this was hersThe love seat was
still in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Once she picked them up she called me when she returned home and seen the large sofa was damagedShe sent me pictures of it which I have attachedShe stated that the love seat was not damagedSo we attempted to purchase her another one from *** where she bought it but they did not have it*** chose a set from *** and asked what do we do nowSo Jeff agreed to purchase her a new set and we would remove the old and swap itShe agreed and chose the one from *** So on October 2nd I texted *** so that we could come remove the set to make room for her new set for the next day deliveryShe agreedThen asked me if it was possible for her to keep the "undamaged" love seatI explained the agreement she made with Jeff and I and she said I get it( also I attached this text message) Michael and Dylan picked up the sofas and then informed me that the love seat was all slit up as wellI could not believe I was hearing this or seeing it with my own eyesWill attach those pictures as well when I am finished) So she now breached our contract together and I had the new sofas re-routed to my officeShe denies what she did , but we have the proof by all her texts and pictures, as well as witnesses to the fact that the love seat was untouchedWe are waiting for her to admit her fault in this and then we may just give her the new sofa and she can take her cut up love seatwe will also no longer deliver to herThis is the worst and most confusing issue I have ever dealt with and I continue to not understand why she would do this when we were rectifying the situation for her

I am actually extremely upset to see that she wrote this all on here!!! Her Mirror was given to the crew leader that day to bring back to the shop, we are in the middle of our busy season, which was explained to *** *** The foreman she gave the glass to was very busy and on the trucksThis
is not the proper way to have damages taken care ofThe office must be informed by the customer first, and when she spoke to me, I told her I had to find out about everything and then get it worked out on my end, this takes time and she then called me to tell me that "she did not care where it was or who has it just get it done", well I cannot rush * *** * *** for her, she can call to do that herself if that is what she would have liked to doThe glass was taken to * *** * *** for the estimate and they had forgotten to call me they said, when I called themWe then picked up the glass and it was taken over the same dayI sent Michael back out to put it together and he found that the piece was not cut right, by * *** * ***, so we had to return it again and await the piece to be repairedOnce again I was not contacted right away so we called them and the piece was completed, so Michael once again is running the piece back out to her today. I was mistaken when I told her we only had days to respond I believe we have and we have gone above and beyond on our end to help herShe could look at her paperwork to see how damages are to be taken care of. She told Michael that * *** * *** never messes up, well in this case they made a mistake, it happens and it was rectified and we are delivering again

The complaint that *** *** is making against my company is totally unfounded and ridiculousThe items that *** *** had us move into storage five years ago are exactly what he received when we delivered themI had spoken to him that we had a warehouse manager that
was replaced because he was not doing his job properlyI told him with this in mind that we would look for the items that he claimed to be missing, but that we had already delivered all of the items on his inventory manifestHe called us several times to report missing items but the items changed each time that he had calledIn the beginning it was a sofa and a chest of drawersThe next time he would call, it would be a round table and a sofa or some other combinationThere was no sofa at all on his inventory, therefore there was never a sofa in our storageI do admit that we did have our new warehouse manager looking to make sure that we did not miss something from his storage lot only because he was so upsetI had him redo the entire warehouse and once he had completed that, every item in the building was accounted for I even offered *** *** compensation for the items that he had claimed to have lost to try to work this out amicably with himWhen he moved into storage he chose the coverage rate of $per pound per article as his coverageI offered him that amount for whichever two items he thought he was missing that day but he balked at thatI will not pay replacement coverage on items that number one, we have never had and number 2, *** *** only had covered at $per pound After speaking with my crew supervisor that did the move the day we delivered the items from storage, he had stated that *** *** said that he didn't remember what he even had in there because it was so long since he had put the items inAlso, he must've lost his inventory sheetWhen we do any move from storage we always have our inventory sheet which coincides with the items that we moved into storageEach item gets a number tag with a particular color and lot number so I can be separated out from all other items in our storage warehouseThese items all checked off and the items that were put into storage the day we had moved them here were the same items that we had moved out into *** ***'s new home

I am appalled that she *** is trying to lieI will speak the truth AGAIN when her lawyer contacts usI am sure a resolution will be made, but she is held responsible for her own slashing of the smaller sofa that WAS NOT DAMAGED while here on our possessionI am proof as well as other movers who saw the items go out and then back inThe owner did not call her because she continually denies destroying the small sofaIt can be left to the courts nowWe did our part, *** on the other hand destroyed the small sofa that was to be returned to us, because she did not want us to have itThis lies on her own hands now! If anything we owe her the Big sofa and that is all and she may have back her cut up small sof! We as Lausch's Moving and Storage company stand buy our name and we will to allow it to be torn down by someone who is trying to lie and be vindictiveShe did this to herself with the small sofaWe acknowledged the damage to her large sofa and we were making good with it and then she cut up the small sofa and tried to re-wrap it so that we wouldn't see it right awayWell this backfired and now the consequences are where we are at now. The PROOF is in the pictures and the words from *** to me

Hello,Customer did have damage to the sofa that the owners had gone out to look at but this was not completed during her moveWhile owners were at her house they witnessed the owners dog on the sofa scratching through the sofa with his/her nailsThis was explained to the customer that nothing
sharp is on the trucks and everything is handled and packed in specifically safe ways for this reasonThe customer did not pay for her move as it is stated on the invoice "payment due upon delivery" she also signed for items delivered and did not take any further extended insuranceThe protocols on our end were met and the customer owes the $for the moveWhich when I spoke to her on the phone ( *** * she ( ***) had stated she understood and was going to mail in her payment the following dayWhich she did not againI had explained to her what was said and told her the best we can do for her per what she signed for and out of good faith from the company ( even though we were not at fault) was to give her the Cents per pound which comes with the movePer our phone conversation she understood and accepted once more the agreementNow today I see this The job was competed on our end customer owes the $

I must apologize for the clerical errorMy memo to my office manager did not reflect $refundThe amount was supposed to be the amount that we agreed on which was $A supplemental check has been sent and again I do apologize for the error
