Lauterbach refuses to honor an extended warranty
Lauterbach service department refuses to honor an extended warranty purchased July 6, 2016, when the car had to be refinanced after numerous repairs (which Lauterbach made after Nobel Ford the dealer who sold us the car kept screwing them up) caused financial hardship The lender insisted on the extended warranty as part of the payment reduction because of the numerous repairs, but Lauterbach refuses to honor it because they say only miles show on the odometer since the refinance There is no controlling when a car needs a repair and this one has needed numerous repairs (the last one in May costing $2000) Obviously Lauterbach would refuse to honor a warranty on a new car if it also needed repair miles after being driven off the lot, based on their response to this car, so what is the point of a warranty?
