They favorite excuse is "it's on back order"

Honda East sales team did a fantastic job by offering a great deal and following through without trying to add on a bunch of extras at the finance desk I highly suggest working with their sales team I went to multiple dealerships looking for a specific bike Honda East got me the bike I wanted and were very professional when other dealerships were not
The only negative was being told they may not be able to get the bike I was looking for after taking a depositwould have been better to check first then take the deposit Ultimately, I would suggest shopping with this dealership
we as a company do not sell to [redacted] because he would purchase parts with a credit card then dispute the charges after he would receive the parts, I personally my self will always go to honda east for all my bikes and accessories I am very pleased with all the people that work at honda east, they are great people,
Don't do business with these guys.
They are crooks.
I had a conflict with their manager about wrong items they sent me.
Now they put my on black list and refuse to sell products to me.
You will have to wait for your order forever or they will just cancel or delete it without notifying you.
Worst company ever!!! With worst management ever!!!!
Don't burn your self learn on other people mistakes.
Just read their reviews online and you will understand everything.
The only view from our condo or balcony was the roof of the building next door. The bedroom and two baths were very small compared with all the other condos that we have stayed at through RCI. The rooms could use some updating and new carpet, etc. All the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The view from the owners lounge was quite beautiful. The only ice machines were on the 2nd and 27th floors of the 27 story building.
