Tell u Concernig the light bulb that was out on the right headlampRobbins replaced left headlamp and bulb per the insurance estimateWe here at Robbins have a check list to check all dash lights and out side lights and make sure all is working before custmer picks up vehicleCustmer picked up vehicle with all lights working and about a week later custmer showed up after hours and stated her right headlamp bulb is outWe informed custmer that we would be glad to take a look at the car if she could bring the car back duriing buisness hoursShe said she would bring vehicle backShe never bought vehicle back and called about a week or two later and stated Robbins owes her $for her light buld on her right headlampRobbins informed the custmer that we did not replace light on the right side of vehicle there for it is not covered under waranty but we would have been glad to help her out on it if she would have bought vehicle back to usLight bulbs go out in vehicles and the lights were working before the vehicle left there fore Robbins does not owe for the right headlamp bulbAs for the lower control arm we did not perform any work on the lower control armIf the custmer feels that there are additional damage do to the accident the custmer would need to contact the insurnace company that is paying the claim on that matterWe would have been glad to help her with that matter if she would have bought car back to us s why here

Ms*** called in and spoke with our General Manager regarding her license plates being mixed up due to an incorrect mailing addressAlso, she was inquiring about her 2nd key that she was promised
Upon receiving the call, the Owner Loyalty Manager immediately drove her license plates to her at
her home and set up a convenient time the next day for her to have the 2nd set of keys cut, since the vehicle has to be present to do soFurther, she was provided with a $gift card for the inconveniences she experienced
When Ms*** came in for the key to be cut, she then notified the Owner Loyalty Manager that she was upset regarding a difference in her price of $1,000; stating that she was promised a lower priceThe Owner Loyalty Manager pulled her deal and showed her different locations that she signed agreeing to the price as shown

The customer was not overcharged because customer did not qualify to finance with Nissan Financial Services for additional rebates and incentives

I am sorry the prizes were not available when you were here but they were a few hours later and are still available to you until Monday the 22nd of February

We have looked thoroughly at the paperwork and we do not see any differences or any indication where there was an offer different than the contractWe will provide all documents to Mrs*** again at her requestWe provided a second key at her requestWe removed the $charge for future repair items and personally delivered her License plates all in an effort to satisfy Mrs***We feel we have went over and above to resolve these concerns

The part the Body Shop needed was on backorder but the parts manager found in NY and has overnighted it so it will be here tomorrowWe told the Body Shop to be ready for it tomorrow

Jose L[redacted] said that he would sale me the car for 11,000. their was another issue on the contract concerning the accident that wasnot disclosed and not disclosing that I was required to purchased a $175.00 pkg for future repair items for my car that I was not interested in . Jose changed my car contract and took off the dealer pkg of $175.00 but he changed the purchased price of the car to $12000. with the distraction in the sales office I did not notice this. I am asking for the dealership to provide both vehicle sales info to show proof the I was deceived by the sales men

We looked into [redacted] complaint and found some discrepancy because of the per diem that accrues daily meaning our original payoff to the lender was short and during the time to complete the payoff daily interest charges occurred. We have attached the payoff sheet signed by [redacted] where she...

agreed to the payoff of $9208.09. We cut her the difference check for $7280.77 from the agreed purchase price of $16,600.00. The amount we should have paid her is $7391.91. This means we owe her an additional check for $111.14. We will have the check for pick up ready on Nov. 6th 2015. Please have her call [redacted] to make the arrangements. All supporting documents are attached. Thank you for giving us the chance to resolve this outstanding concern.
