Yes we inform guests that this is an open ocean adventure not a powder puff cruise Before boarding all guests are informed that they will most likely get wet bounced around and see the active volcano fairly close During our briefing and we allow passengers the option to cancel if they
do not feel kit for this type of tour which is a high-speed open ocean Tours and some of Hawaii's most challenging waters We treat all guests The same and provide the same service this is a very isolated incident yes sometimes people become sick while at sea it's a known part of boating Upon returning to the dock as a joke ive said if everybody had a good time please let everybody know about us and if you did not have a good time please let's not tell anybody we provide all guess the same service so I'm not sure why this one guest would comment this way and thoroughly briefed each passenger are not they are about to experience To seatbelt somebody to about sounds pretty scary to me we recommend all passengers know their limits this does not seem like the right tour for these guests We do not require a waiver instead we informed us of what is to come and give them a chance to opt out if they feel uncomfortable with the trip

As stated in the prior response the lava flows are never guaranteed we do our best to update our clients with the current conditions however we cannot control what happens Pertaining to lava conditions. The day we stop seeing the lava touch the ocean in its entire tea we canceled the rest of our tours and opened up our other tour products this is very well detailed out on our website at seelava.com  below is a copy of what our website has read the day since the Lava stopped at the ocean entry.  Customer received the boat ride that was promised to the Kamakuna Delta and back as the other guests who were aboard that they did. Furthermore we attached photos from our trips after the date to show that lava was still active on the bench until the above listed date.  We will not be issuing a refund at this time As of 11/18/17 on our 430PM tour all activity on the kamokuna bench has ceased until further notice LAVA OCEAN TOURS will not be conducting Lava Boat Tours. Quite an ocean entry RIP KAMOKUNA aka the Firehose flow 6/26/16-11/17/17.

facebook daily update as well as plenty other recent tour updates.  By the 430pm tour the bench activity had declined and only mountainside flows remained.  The next morning our web development contract made the below updates to our website at seelava.com.  We offer by far the most upto date information on the lava conditions at the oceans edge.  We include the following in our email to all guests incase they do not understand were are at the mercy of an act of nature. additionally we offered a 25$ refund to all guests on this tour Our trips are based 100% on nature and natural occurring events. We do not control the lava, unfortunately!Big Island Tours to see lava, boat Volcano boat tours, waterfall tours & Hilo Whale Watching cruises!  Our Fleet of custom Hawaii Lava Boats include two 40’+ High Speed Catamarans the “Lavaone” & “Hotspot” will provide to you the ultimate Hawaii ocean experience. I am rejecting this response because:As is very apparent from the image provided by Lava Ocean Tours, lava is not flowing into the ocean. I'm addition to testaments from other boat tour operators and the USGS, the lava stopped flowing into the ocean approximately a week prior. Lava Ocean Tours made a conscious decision to delay a site update, thereby deceiving customers and unlawfully profiting via false advertisement. Lava Ocean Tours knowingly marketed their tours as an opportunity to view lava flowing into the ocean, despite daily visits to the site where lava was not flowing into the ocean.This is my last attempt to reach out through the Revdex.com for Lava Ocean Tours to make this situation right and refund my money in full, before I take further action.
