Lavana Falls Apartments

I moved in *** Apartments which is now called Lavana Falls Apartments November 11, 2016. I wrote Lavana Falls a letter on October 25th 2019 stating that I was moving out of the apartment November 1 2019. I left the apartment very clean and with no damage which I have proof of. I called them and asked when will I receive my security deposit. I was told that I was going by *** policy which is in 30 days I will receive my security deposit But Lavana Falls Apartments policy was you have to wait 60 days and I did . I called Lavana Falls Back January 4 2020. I told them that I have not received my security deposit I was asked to leave my name and number and I was going to get a call back from the receptionist . I did not get a call back so I went to the office and spoke to the property manager Javi. I told him I didn't not receive my security deposit and he asked me when did I move out I told him Novemeber 1st 2019. his response was "you still didn't receive it" I said well no I have not . he asked for my current address and I gave it to him. Javi told me that I should received it between the 8th or the 9th of January 2020. I still didn't receive anything . I gave Lavana Falls a call again and told them I have yet to receive my security deposit . The receptionist put me on hold for ten minutes. I stayed on the phone until I arrived at the office and when I did I walk in to see the receptionist talking to a resident and Javi in his office on the computer . I told the receptionist she had me on hold for a very long time she never got back on the phone . I was sent in to talk to Javi for him to tell now that I would be receiving my security deposit because I did not let them know 60 days before. It went from me suppose to be receiving it to now I'm not getting it.
