Without charging the take-off fee, if let's say a customer wants to take off her shellac and get a nature manicure, we would actually lose money doing the service because the price of the service would not be able to cover even the labor cost. However, in your case I do understand your frustration because you were not notified upfront about the charge. As you stated, we had agreed to waive the fee. I am sorry that we made the mistake of not taking off the fee on your credit card. We can credit the $10 back on your credit card. We do not store customers' credit card info. Please call our spa at XXX-XXX-XXXX and give us the credit card number so that we can process the credit. Please note that it takes about 2 business weeks for your credit card company to show the credit on your statement.
