Hi Revdex.com, We send our customers' leather items to a specialist, [redacted] in RI During the summer months [redacted] operates on a limited schedule since not many people wear leather in the summer They pick up at our dry cleaning plant roughly every weeks [redacted] sent her leather dress in on the 16th Hudson picked up the following week and delivered it to us on Sept 5th The dress was not lost or stolen We do describe in our brochure and our website that leather items take weeks to clean It is different process than dry cleaning My employee, ***, and I tried multiple times to explain this to the customer Best,***

I came back from my trip on August 1st and on August 4th I dropped my dress at concierge for Lavanderia to pick upI was flying out of the country again on August 7th and before leaving my building asked concierge if she received anything from LavanderiaShe promised me to call the business and inquire on when my dress will be readyI returned from my trip on August 23rd and our concierge told me that it should take cleaners to clean my leather dress two weeks and it should be returned any day nowOn September 1st me, our concierge, one of the representative of management of *** and one of my employees called to LavanderiaI needed to involve that many people since someone named *** who presented himself as an owner told me that he can not understand my accent and can not hear me wellThe summary of all these conversations was the following: Lavanderia was asked to return my leather dress together with my other leather clothes without any cleaning. The non professional response of Lavanderia was that the dry cleaners are on their Summer schedule and thus it takes longer than two weeksAs a customer it surprises me that my Summer dress will be returned to me in Fall because the cleaners are on their vacationThus, I just asked to return my clothes ASAP. Please see attached receipt which was stapled to my dressIt says that the dress was registered as arrived to Lavanderia on August 17th and was ready on August 17thThe question is where was my dress before August 17th and after August 17thWithout having all these info I assume that the size of my dress is similar to the size of owner's wife or daughter or someone else within the family and they might enjoy wearing it during the SummerOnce Summer was over they returned it to me and I received it back on September 9th
