I ordered an vape system that was listed under the starter kit tab which should have been the vape with prefilled cartilages . When the vape arrived it was just the vape pen with no pods. I emailed the company, and after emailing this company several several times. I was informed that "you only bought the pen not the started kit. the starter kits are more expensive.". that is the only explanation or response in the email.
I have a screen shot where you can clearly see that what I purchased was under the starter kit tab.
I have requested a refund on February 24th and yet to receive a response from this company. Due to nonexistent customer service and massively confusing descriptions on there products.
I want to return this vape pen and get a refund.
To Whom It May Concern, One of our customers placed an order for a vaporizer(battery) only on our website and received the product. Our website description was outdated at the time and it said that a battery should come with a pack of pre-filled cartridges that allow the user to smoke. We went ahead and updated the description on the website, refunded the client the full amount $19.99 as well as sent an email informing the client. Please see email below that was sent on 3/30 to sm***[email protected]. Hi, *** We're reaching out to apologize for the issue you've encountered with our website and the order you placed. The person which was assigned to work on your inquiry has been out on medical leave for the past few weeks. We went ahead and processed a refund for your Order # *** in the amount of $19.99. The funds should be available within 3-5 business days on in your bank account. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Respectfully, Lavapods Team.
