Laveen Cleaners is in a convenient location near the Frys and Home Depot That is the ONLY positive thing I can say about this business
The service is lackluster at bestThe owner typically seems annoyed that you have interrupted her workI have never seen her smile The hired staff are ok
The quality of their work is so-so Cloths return with wrinkles and occasionally with spots and have to be returned for recleaningDress shirts sometimes still have ring-around-the-collar
We continued to use them for a year because of the convenience until this week when I picked up a pair of dress pants that came back with a big bleached out stain When I returned the pants, the owner yelled at me! She said I spilled bleach on them it was my fault! To be clear: the pants were when I brought them in and I do not work around or handle any bleaching products!
