Review: My daughter was married on August [redacted] 2007. I had lavender bridal studio do the photo and video for that day . After leaving the church service we continue on to have pictures taken when my granddaughter fell out of the limo and was taken to hospital. That god my granddaughter only had road rash and bruises. The memory of that day took along time before my daughter to go and pick up her pictures. She has called several times to make arrangements to pick up pictures , with the last phone called saying pictures were destroyed in a fire. ( in contract the disc was suppose to be in a fire proof vault for protection. [redacted] the [redacted] said he would check the warehouse never, never got a call back. Now All three numbers I was given is not in service. My daughter knows the delay from picking up her proofs could have been a problem.but the memory of that day is blank to her.Desired Settlement: We love to have my daughters proofs and video . There was a balance of about 1,000.00 due when proofs were picked up. Would like proofs or some kind of reimbursement for the lost or destroyed prints. Anything u can do would be appreciated. Review: My husband and I used The Lavender Bridal Studio as our photographers for our wedding in 2012. [redacted], the owner of the company told us we would receive our wedding DVDs ASAP. He was giving us 4 copies, in which we received 3 copies in March 2013 and he told us the 4th one would take a little longer because it was the unedited version. In July 2013, I tried calling [redacted] to ask him about the status of the last DVD, since I have not heard from him and was still waiting on the DVD. When I tried calling the numbers provided, there is a message saying the number is no longer in service with no additional information. I went on their website and it is still up and running, so I used the e-mail address from the website and e-mailed them as well. I still have not heard anything from them and we still did not receive our final copy of our wedding DVD.Desired Settlement: I would like to somehow receive our final copy of our wedding DVD.
