Review: Unexpectedly, and after ten years of operating, this facility has closed and I am left with active open gift certfcates! I have gift certificates number [redacted] for $299.48 for a rose package and a Juniper package for $254.03 (of which $232.12 remains unused) . What am I suppose to do with them now?Desired Settlement: Please reimburse money spent for the gift certficates due to no notice of the business closing. thank you

Review: I received a gift card for $150 as a Christmas present (in December 2014). I had an appointment scheduled for June 15 that was confirmed to me on June 9 (email confirmation received from the spa). I went to my appointment and there was a note on the door that the spa is no longer in business and it was closed. Nobody was picking up the phone afterwards when I tried calling. Gift card number and "[redacted]" number is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I am looking for $150 to be refunded to my brother (who had purchased this gift card). His name is [redacted] and his home address is [redacted]. Thank you.

Review: I recently purchased a gift certificate to this spa. I was given no indication that they were closing and that my certificate wouldn't be valid. I was not told at time of purchase or contacted. Can I get restitution for the gift card I am unable to use?Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the cost of the gift certificate I recently purchased.

Review: I have unused gift certificates to this business. One I received as a gift, the other I purchased as a gift but was never used. The totals are 163.50 in all. The business closed unexpectedly & I was not made aware until I tried to call to make an appointment today.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the 163.50 outstanding in gift certificates.

Review: I received a gift card for $150 to this spa on May 20th. Now the spa is out-of-business. This gift card was purchased on May 15, 2015. If this business was planning to close, they shouldn't have sold a gift card, particularly for large value. Do I have any recourse? I am particularly upset because this was given to me by my daughter who doesn't have this kind of money to lose. I tried calling this business and when no one answered, I went to their website and discovered a closed notice which wasn't there when I received this gift. Thank you for any advice and assistance you can provided me.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to refund my daughter's credit card account. They sold this under false pretenses.
