Hi There , she was so drunk , she told us she party until 5 in morning ,and at 10 am she want to get massage ? we can't  give massage to drunk person ,I return there money , please get PROOF from them for $300 all they pay me is $160 for 2 massage and $40 tip which I Refund all the money to...

them $200 I don't know how they ask for $300 , on saturday we are busy they waste 4 hours of our time and don't pay us anything they go to [redacted] and say bad thing a bout us,  by law, we can't give massage to drunk person , she last her driven license outside of shopping Center , some body find the License and we give that to police officer, I don't know what  we have to do, we have 4 witness every body see this , Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: This business manager is not a licensed MD. She does not have the skills or education to determine if I was sick due to my reaction to her scented incense in the Sauna room.  Her assumption is unwarranted and unprofessional.  ** came at me with assumptions that made me feel I had to defend myself.  At no point did is disclose that I was drinking until 5 am.  This a flat out lie.  I am sure her 4 witnesses are on her payroll and would be more than willing to be a witnesses to her untrue statements.   She has slandered my character and is incorrect with the amounts listed.  My sister [redacted] will be filing a separate complaint with proof of payment along with slanderous texts threatening us.   This lady needs to know how to run a business including how to handle customer complaints.   In addition, after my attorney contacted her on 1/26/2017 my drivers license mysteriously ended up with the [redacted] police department.  I spoke with the [redacted] police and they confirmed that they were called on 1/26/2017 to pick it up.  This is after she told my attorney that she would not surrender my license until I write a statement to her satisfaction.   Thank you for your time.  I am hoping me filing this complaint will help other who want to spend their hard earned money elsewhere.  This business needs to be shut down immediately.
