Lavender Nails

Review: I requested a basic pedicure which is posted as $19.00. When it was time to pay, I was told the pedicure was $29.00. I asked the lady why she was charging me an additional $10 and she said it was because she used a different cream. She did not, at any time, tell me this cream was an additional $10. I certainly would have told her NO! In addition, there is not one sign, amongst a multitude of signs hung throughout the salon that promotes this cream for an additional $10. I complained to [redacted] who rolled her eyes and could care less. In addition, the tools were not taken out of a sanitizer, but simply out of a drawer where I had no confidence that they were sterilized before use.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $10 because I didn't ask for anything special and shouldn't have to pay for anything special, especially because they did not tell me there was an additional cost related to this specialness and no sign to that effect was posted in the store.
