The client went through a divorce and had is exwife shared the credit with him, when he signed up the membership he has filled up the sign up form where he designated his ex wife ( [redacted] ) to be his sharing partnerHe is complaining about the unauthorized information sharing which he is referring to his ex wifeIt seems they went through a nasty divorce and he does not like his ex wife to be sharing any thing.We wer enot aware of his divorce and his wife had use a few credits from his account without telling us about their divorceWhen he came to know about this he go very upsetAfter he got upset we removed his wife as the sharing member and he added his new girl friend ( [redacted] ) to share his membershipIts the clients responsibility to inform us about their status change so we can make the updatesBut they did not let us know so we are not sure how it can be our faultThe client is not ready to listen to our explanation and is going all over the internet and wirting reviwes without mentioning the actual factsIts very unfortunate client and we did the best we couldWe have cancelled his membership and would not like his partonage in our business.I have attached his membership (Benefit program) signup form where he clearly mentioned his ex-wife's name as sharing member.And today 6/30/he filled up the suspension form, he did not choose to cancel his membership

offer and walked out.

At LaVida we are committed to our guests health and wellness and we have a great membership program called Benefits program. This provides discounted services, options to share with one guest designated person, swapping with facials , rollover etc and also more importantly easy to cancel with month...

to month commitment. So if the guest decides to cancel the program we just require to have one last payment on the membership dues and then provide 30 days to use up any credits they may have left in their account. To make sure have taken care of the cancellation request , we do require the guest to notify us in writing which they need to do by filling up the cancellation form. If they simply cancel their credit card out automated systems detects the failed attempt to charge the monthly dues and they generate a email notification to the guest requesting them to update their credit cards. Our staff will attempt to contact the guest so to make then aware and if they decide to cancel, we will remind them about filling up the cancellation form. Our staff is trained to go over the terms of the beneifts program and also have the cancellation policy explained to the guest in details, it is written up in the literature they get when they join the program. We also have the policy available on our website http://www.lavidamassage.com/policies.htmlWhen the guests signs up they authorize us to use their credit card for the monthly auto pays for the membership amount of $59.95 and are aware of the cancellation terms.We always strive to provide the best customer service, we understand their need to cancel any time and honor that decision. But we just need them to notify our staff in writing so there are not confusions and we can take care of the request.
