I am rejecting this response because:  My complaint stated that the business has not discussed with me a satisfactory resolution of the damage to my glasses.  Obviously, I consent to their talking with me and our discussion need not be shared with anyone,  Their response, hiding behind an irrelevant requirement, is simply another example of their refusal to deal with me concerning this matter.
