Review: On 10-27-2014, I tried to order an engine for my 1999 Toyota Camry. They told me they had one with 97,000 Miles on it, for a price of $900.88. They also stated that it would take 5 buisness days to revieve this engine. We agreed on price, and I gave them the appropriate information to pay for the engine. The payment was not processed until 11-03-2014. When I call and started to investigate as to what was going on. I want the tracking info on the engine that should be coming the next day. I found out that they haven't even sent the engine yet. they also told me that I would recieve tracking informatoin by the end of buisness that day. They then told me they would ship the engine express and it would be here today 11-6-2014 before noon. Today I called to ask what was going on, the engine still not shipped, they told me they would refund my money and hung up on me. I called back to get details of the refund. they then had what they called their financial guy call me. He called from Los Banos, [redacted] They said they would refund my money, however, I have been told they would do things in the past that they never did. I also did a google maps search of their place of buisness, they took my money with out even having the product that I agreed to buy. they'er in a strip mall. Due to this I am out a lot more than the cost of the engine. I have rented a car in the mean time. They have cost me money.Desired Settlement: Stop lying to people about the services you offer.

Refund my money.

Don't take money from people unless you have the product they are buying.

Review: Someone used my card without my authorization, I contacted Lavish and nobody answered the number listed on their web site. They asked for a message I left numerous telling them this and they never responded.

Review: On Oct 14th I received a call from Lavish Auto regarding an auto part inquiry made online. I was told they can provide the part. I gave them credit card info over the phone and was told I would receive a confirmation email in 24hrs it never came. After several days I called back and was told they could not get my credit card to work. The person I spoke with named [redacted] told me the part was ready to be shipped and I need to wire transfer the money. I was emailed the bank account info for the transfer. It was done the next day from my bank. I emailed Lavish Auto a copy of the transfer. Since that time I have not received the part nor will anyone from Lavish Auto customer service or anyone return my calls or answer emails. When I do reach them they either hang up or tell me I'll get a callback which of course never comes. I now cant get my money back and still looking for someway to get that accomplished. The part was $448.00.Desired Settlement: I would like my money returned.
