I am rejecting this response because: Well its not at all entirely accurateHe is leaving out that the constant communication that I had with the project manager about my displeasureI have the text messages saved to show the communication of my concernsThe fact that he did nothing to address them is no fault of my ownI also sent their feedback through the mail (though they probably didn't get it prior to my Revdex.com complaint) and left feedback on yelp prior to filing the complaintI received an email from them today to which I called them and left a voice mail a few hours agoThe tone of the business response implies that I didn't address my concern appropriately and I don't feel its my responsibility to know their org chart and invest my personal time hoping to find someone to take my concern seriouslyThey are now engaged in resolving my issue and have since removed the weedsI am waiting to here back on the replacement of the plant and what preventative measure are being take to prevent them from just growing back

Many years ago my husband and I hired Lavish Gardens to put up a small retaining wall and install some flagstones in our back yard Since we were very happy with the work they did at that time, we called them back when we were ready to do some more extensive work We needed a year old, wooden deck replaced and we needed to re-design our back yard so that it uses less water We have always found that the Lavish Gardens staff will listen and work with usThe staff at Lavish Gardens Landscape were all great: From the President/Owner of Lavish Gardens [Michael] to the site supervisor [Ivan ] to the office staff [Michelle] they were all responsive, courteous and personable We were extremely happy with the final results of this project The stonework was fabulous and it blended in with the existing hardscape we already had This project also accomplished our goal of using less water in our backyard and requiring less maintenance I would not hesitate to recommend Lavish Gardens Landscape to our friends or neighbors

Lavish Gardens did a fabulous job on my front and back landscapes Erin, the designer, truly listened to what I wanted and designed a beautiful planIn the front, she incorporated a dry steam creek, lava rock bed, two DG pathways, accent grass with striking plants and lighting The back has flagstone stepping stones that lead to a DG landing area, matching flagstone patio area for a couch with fire pit all surrounding a kidney shaped center grass with accent lightingOwner Michael C*** was wonderful to work withHe texted everyday to let me know what was happening that dayIvan and his crew were incredibleThey were courteous, professional, prompt and cleanWork was done on time and I couldn’t be happier with my yardstars!! Would highly recommend

We hired Lavish Gardens to completely renovate our front yard From inception to completion we were beyond satisfied with the entire company The designer, owner, office manager, foreman and workers were professional, helpful, conscientious and great fun to work with The entire project was done in a timely manner, and communication with the owner was outstanding We were especially impressed with their attention to detail and focus on quality We highly recommend Lavish Gardens!!

The positive: when the workers were sent to my house, they did a good jobThe negative: it took 1/months to do a 1/week jobI attempted to contact the owner by calling the office and did not receive a reply This company is ran poorly!

Hello,I was unaware that there was an issue with this clientI have since emailed him and we are in process of figuring out a solution for his weed issueWe of course are going to replace his plant that died as wellHe never called the office to let us know he had an issueOtherwise it would be
on our warranty log, which all items are discussed at our weekly staff meetingWe do this just so everyone is held accountable and things don't slip through the cracksWhen we finish a project we send out paperwork that asks clients to call the office if they have any concerns or issuesPeople still call supervisors and they get busy and forgetThis is how these things happenWe also left a voicemail message for the client yesterday

On recommendation from a friend,I contacted Lavish Gardens for a quote and to work on my back yard to make it look better, spruce it up a bit, but also still be functional for BBQ's and get togethers with family/friendsThey certainly did not disappointAll the staff were amazing and friendly, their quotes were very reasonable, they were always on time, and the work got done on time and on budgetI couldn't have asked for a better experience

Other than multiple missed (promised) appointments, a lack of commitment to finish the job and poor communication with the client, this job was perfect I would not hire this company to sweep my floor The hired help didn't appear to care how the work turned out and the job supervisor was so absent we forgot what he looked like We are now forced to hire competent people to complete the work If there were a rating less than one star they have earned it

We are very impressed with Lavish Gardens LandscapeWe value quality and service over bargain prices and Mike (owner) and his crew deliveredThe design is beautiful and the team was very open to our multiple edits and adjustments during the projectWe even added front yard lighting near the end of the project and they installed that in the same timelineMike provided daily updates to advise us when and what would be done: fantastic
Another great thing about Mike is that his answer is usually "Yes" to whatever idea comes upAdditionally, he will offer advice on whether the owner should pursue the idea, but regardless the answer is still "Yes." We appreciate that balance of willingness, and experienced advice
During delivery of large ceramic pots, Pottery World (not Lavish) broke oneThese pots arrive only once per year from overseasWe were very unhappyPottery World offered to send another style of pot for us to evaluateWhen I told Mike about the mishap, his answer was the best possible: "Don't settle" he saidHe went on to say that if his team needed to come back next year to install the fifth pot, they'd do that to make us happyI was amazed and knew that we chose the best contractor

I am in love with my back yard now!! Lavish Gardens did a great jobThey know their stuff, and they created a beautiful and easy to maintain yardThey did the job quickly, and they were extremely responsiveAny minor issues we had were quickly resolved to our complete satisfactionEven if the issues were caused by our changing our mind on something like rock color or plant placement And they warranty the plants for a year, which I think is awesomeI am saving up my money and I'll have them do our front yard nextJust a really great company

Review: Lavish Gardens landscaped my front yard. I paid approximately $10k for a days worth of work. The only two things I requested was low maintenance and no weeds. The project was completed I a single day just over a month ago. It took a few weeks to get them out on my first concern of not completing the bark. The other concern I brought up to them is that the entire yard is being over run by weeds. The weeds came with the top soil. All of my neighbors landscaped the same way and have none of the issues I am having. They said they came out and sprayed it but the only thing that has died is one of the plants they put it. They keep telling me they are going to take care of it, including replacing they plant but they have been unresponsive and never show up when they say they will.Desired Settlement: Deliver the product that they committed to. Replace the plant that died. Remove all of the weeds out of the yard and put preventative measures in place. I understand there will be an occasional weed here and there but what's happened to my new yard is clearly a result of their negligence.
