Response to Complaint ID# ***It is unfortunate that *** *** has damage to her property. However, this, or any, damage did not occur when our delivery personnel moved the furnishings into the home and positioned it in a specified area. We take all possible precautions to
ensure that property or furniture is not subject to damage at time of delivery. After that, since it is no longer in our possession or under our supervision, this responsibility lies with the user

status a month later. When the manufacturer's technician arrived for a scheduled and confirmed appointment at customers home to repair the sofa, no one was home and phone calls went unanswered. At this point, we believe that we have done everything in our power to remedy the situation. This issue should have been resolved in a timely manner, had there been no fault in communication. We take pride in servicing every customer before and after the sale. This case was no different.
