The car left our dealership without any damage at all but Mr [redacted] contacted me informed me that he noticed the windshield had a chip in it no mention of the wheel being damaged .I agreed to have the windshield repaired.His choice was to use [redacted] AutoGlass he told me he has had a few issues with broken windshields on his other cars and [redacted] is the best choice near his home.He even told me he would use his own windsheild insurance but he has used that policy couple times this year and he does not want to use his insurance.We sent a technician from [redacted] AutoGlass to his house he refused to let them in to examine the car[redacted] :Work order #***- [redacted] I spoke to Mr [redacted] on several times and he kept telling me it has to be replaced not repaired and as I kept trying to explain to him I have to have the glass examined before I can do anything to help him.He kept telling me I was a joke and kept hanging up on me.I understand he is upset but I can not help[him with out talking.He bought the car As Is and the car left here in great shape>I will do my best to help if he calls me and lets the technician examine the car[redacted]
