Review: I wanted to take a class prep for court officer which I paid the 500 bucks the company was charging. I took the court officer test on 10/**/2014 and was not pleased with what we study and what was on the actual test. There's a sanitation test coming out in February which this company called [redacted] or Law Enforcement Service Systems Inc. Civil Service Success also have a test prep. I also left a deposit of 159 for the test about a month and a half ago. However, I called them this morning and asked about a refund because I wasn't too happy with the court officer test. The lady I spoke to "[redacted]" told me there's no refunds on deposits and that the info its on their website. The sanitation test is in February and the classes are in January which there's enough time to give me a refund. I also went on the site and there's no link to the refund policy - I can't even access the terms of service. Would really like your help in resolving this matter. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Would like my depsosit refunded.

We are sorry to hear that you had an issue with the Court Officer Course. From that Course we had an overwhelmingly positive response and had many students who took that course and are now active Court Officers. We have records to prove this as we have been successfully providing these courses for over 40 years. Can you give us some specific details on how the course did not meet your expectations? For example, what part of the exam did you have problems with etc. We have always had a refund policy on our website and I can share the link for your review. We do issue refunds on a case by case basis so possibly you may have asked for the deposit refund after a certain deadline. As stated on website we use deposit to reserve your seat in class (we rent a conference room at a hotel) and pay for the materials.
