Due to some circumstances beyond our control one of our delivery trucks was out for repairWe expected to make delivery of the oil on 12/18/but was delayed until 12/23/We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused our customerA total of gallons was ordered and
gallons was delivered in the tankWe have issued a credit for the remaining gallons and $ was refunded back to the credit card used to order the oil

I read the responseYes, there were two addresses on file and yes I called back to update the addressI never heard back and called an additional times along with multiple emails over a few daysI was billed before receiving oil and I was not contacted with a response until I mentioned a law suit, which I was then told, they no longer wanted me as a customer because of thatHaving two addresses on file was not the cause of this behavior as this company has numerous reviews saying the same thing onlineI still have no yet received my refund, but I will be monitoring my bank account for a refundI am accepting your response for the mere fact that I do not want to work with or spend anymore time on your company

We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. There was a mechanical breakdown with the truck which delayed all of our deliveries. We have refunded the amount charged for the order on October 13, 2017.

We have experienced a very high demand for deliveries due to the excessive cold temperatures for the past few weeks. This oil delivery was delivered on January 3, 2018 for the full 150 gallons which was ordered. We are sorry for the delay and try to facilitate delivery as quickly as we can.

  I understand it being a busy week for all oil companies, however the lack of communication and notification leaves customers  in the dark and out of oil. I would try to improve your communications to your customers. And you delivered the oil after midnight with no heads up. I appreciate the delivery  as I was desperate do to low oil in tank but my household awoke to dogs barking and truck running out front. Neighbors must of loved it.

We do apologize to Mr. [redacted] for the delay in delivery. The ticket is out on the truck for delivery today Thursday 11/9/2017 and will be delivered today. Should Mr. [redacted] have any further need of assistance he can contact [redacted] at the Law Fuel number.
