I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is a fraud and took me for what I had, he didn't do anything for me. I gave him the money not at his office but at the Petro truck stop on [redacted] off [redacted] close to my work I also have a picture of him and his car with his license plate.  [redacted]  approached me at the court house. Like a ambulance chaser he  approached me and asked if I need a attorney. I just want my money back so I can give it back to the loan company.

[redacted]Mrs. [redacted]:  When I first met you at the Bexar County Clerk's Office you claimed you had been noticed that a receiver had been appointed to a case, and you had no idea what going on. You mentioned you would probably need a lawyer to assist you. We sat down and you explained to me that you had no idea why a receiver was appointed in this case. You stated that you did not owe any money to anyone, that you had never been obtained credit from anyone, so you were at a loss on everything.   I told you that it appeared that a receiver had been appointed as a result of a lawsuit. Again, you promised me that you had never owed money to anyone, or obtained a line of credit, or obtained a credit card. Your court file was in archives, so I was advised that I would have to return at a later date to review it.   In the meantime, you and I met close to your employment to further discuss your case, execute an agreement, and receive $750.00 from you. Again, you assured me that you had no knowledge of any lawsuit or why a receiver had appointed.   I returned to the Clerk's office and reviewed the file. I found that you had been sued in June 29, 2007. A default judgement was taken against you in February 18, 2009. I spoke with [redacted] court-appointed receiver, and she stated that you had indeed been sued and served with notice at your residence, [redacted] stated that you did not answer the lawsuit and a default judgement was taken against you. She did several background check and determined you were [redacted], previously know as[redacted].  Your husband then called me very angry because I had not returned your call. I advised him that I had not answered any calls because I was in court. He did not seem to care and was very loud, obnoxious, and disrespectful. He said that all your accounts were frozen, and you could not operate your business. When I confronted him with the the information concerning a lawsuit against you, he then admitted that you had received "something" in the mail but thought it was a scam. you admitted to me that you may have received something in the mail but denied being served with a lawsuit. The court file reflects that you were personally served at your residence with the lawsuit. Although you continued to say that you had no idea why a receiver had been appointed, I continued to investigate into this matter. I did further inquiry and found that the holds on your accounts have been released, and in a week or two, you will receive a Judgement Satisfied and your case closed. No other money will taken from from you.   I have done my job in getting your accounts released and getting your lawsuit closed. Originally, I had considered refunding part of your money. I went over the work I had done and decided that I would not refund anything, especially with having to deal with the way you and your husband treated me. I have done my work even though you have not been telling the truth. If you need further communication with me, please write me as I have no desire to be treated in this manner. I will not respond to telephone calls from you or your husband. I find it very disappointing, now that I have gone out of my way to help you, that you continuously call me wanting  your money back, talking as though I really didn't do anything for you.  I am enclosing a copy of our agreement, outlining exactly what I intended to do for you . I will not represent you further on this matter, or anything else.Respectfully, [redacted]enc.:  employment agreement 5/2/17 It is agreed by parties that attorney will investigate the circumstances in the lawsuit of post-judgement litigation to determine the ilentletus of the parties and if necessary, any court action(to be negotiated).[redacted]By the way, I spoke with [redacted] the receiver, and she said that she had previously spoken with Ms. [redacted] about the lawsuit. Ms. [redacted] know that a judgement had been taken against her and she devxal the money.Sad that after I did all the work and get her the results she wants her money back.[redacted]My letter to Ms. [redacted] was mailed to her 5/12/17.
