believe that her mother was happy with the results of our representation.As far as the costs charged, we previously forwarded copies of invoices and/or other proofs of such costs to our client.  By the complaint to Revdex.com, it seems that she did not get such proofs.  I will make sure that we will forward copies of such proofs directly to our client again (I cannot send such proofs to her daughter, the complainant herein).  I will make sure that this is done within the next 5 business days and we will forward such proofs by certified mail to verify receipt of same.Upon receipt of such proofs to her mother, I hope that this will satisfy [redacted]a.  If not, I am also very happy to meet with my client (and [redacted]a is welcome to be present) to answer any questions or resolve any further concerns. Yours, Alexander Gruzmark
