Review: I paid this traffic ticket lawyer to handle my case. She asked that I send 50.00 dollars to get started on my case. I sent her my money through paypal. She took my money, she never followed up with me after I sent my money, she's not returning my calls that I have tried to contact Ms. [redacted]. I left numerous of messages on her voicemail. This person neglected to follow up with me after she received my money.. I want a full refund of my money. This is her cell phone number ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my money.
This person paid a deposit to investigate traffic issues in several courts and the OMV. The information collected is then utilized to conduct a FREE initial consultation. The client can apply the deposit to fees if the attorney is hired, or convert it to a fee if the client elects not to handle the work in any of the courts in which they have cases. She made this complaint immediately—within a day or—while I was going court to court collecting this information. I elected not to represent her because she was so unreasonable. Not many lawyers will spend hours working for $50. Clearly, her purpose was to have the work done and the information revealed without paying anything.
