I lost everything in my 15 year marriage to my husband that I put through pilot training and built his career.
Andrew Griffin did literally nothing on my case and nothing properly in my case. I lost every dime in a divorce where I should have earned my half of military retirement, child support and a proper alimony. Andrew said that I couldn't ask for my wealthy spouse to pay my side of the divorce. He made a deal with the other attorney without my consent during the mediation. He ignored my calls for two months. He didn't alert me that my discovery from my ex didn't come in and I came in the morning of my mediation trapped to hold my mediation because I had no more days to take off work. I gave Andrew a huge paper trail that showed my husband smuggled 50 thousand dollars out of our accounts and he made zero attempts to do anything to find it. My ex found out I had a dvd of his affairs and my ex had details of the dvd that only Andrew knew. Andrew did not alert me that I had a court date and purposely let me not show on my court date so he could make me look like a flake then ask to drop me after I asked him why my husband said that Andrew and mm exes attorney made a deal that I knew nothing about. When I wasn't present at this court date Andrew knowingly didn't tell me I had, my ex had the judges full attention and I had no way to defend myself as my ex lied to create his narcissistic game. Andrew then lied to the judge and told him I wouldn't settle at my mediation when actually my ex walked out of the mediation when I finally begged the mediator to look at all the investments that I pulled myself- that Andrew did nothing to alert the mediator of. My ex had a court martial and Andrew said he had no ability to find out any information. However, his lead attorney, Mr. Steven King, was a retired Navy pilot. Really, you didn't know how to access a court martial. When my ex blackmailed me down to only 4 years of paying my house payment which he was supposed to pay for 9 years to replace my retirement, Andrew did a wimpy job of just accepting this information without ever pushing the other attorney to accept our demands. He then said he would stay on my case, if I wouldn't ask for any changes,; full well knowing I lost everything. He then asked the judge to drop me, and spoke privately off the record to the judge, who obviously had huge biases to me, once I had a chance to ask to keep an attorney; so the judge said no. According to the lies Andrew spoke off the record. Andrew then used my exes attorney to gang up on me, come to court and lie in Andrew's behalf. Once my exes attorney was called to court by my attorney, my exes attorney heard I had no more money to fight; as my back was turned to the judge! My exes attorney said I was forced to accept the divorce decree as is and threatended a restraining order if I didn't sign the divorce decree that I didn't agree to! Totally illegal
The only talent Andrew has is patiently kissing your rear and pretending to listen and care; while in the middle of a mediation that he has done nothing to represent you for; and leaves you in a chaotic state trying to defend yourself while Andrew did zero work in a year to prepare! after he did zero work on your case over a year; going two months without even working on the case. I also lost a full ride scholarship all expenses and a stipend totaling over 200,000 for my graduate work that came as a gift from the federal government the year I was divorcing. I have no idea how; while he was under the tutalage of Mr. King-former Navy retiree, that they were completely unaware that the federal government had just offered spouses who did 13 depolyments, as I did, a full education scholarship.
I am completely broke after working in a career alongside (I worked our entire marriage, often making more money than my husband did.) my husband for 15 years who is a filthy rich pilot. I spent three years trying to pay off my 23,000 divorce that I got nothing out of. Then this year I had to spend 10 thousand dollars for the first year of my masters that should have been a part of the divorce when you hire an attorney who has military roots.
I am still $13,000 in debt after 3.5 years and have child support that someone whose husband only makes 70,000 a year and my ex makes over 250,000, all of which I supported him during all of his trainings. I pay 800 dollars a month to credit cards for the last 13,000. left of my divorce debt. Believe me, you DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH ANDREW GRIFFIN, unless you want to lose everything you worked for for 15 years and then have to pay them for losing everything you ever worked for.RUN, don't walk away from Attorney Andrew Griffin. He is like many attorneys but not all; they take your money and do little to no work and fake their way through defending your entire life's work!
