This law office was suggested by my chiropractor after an auto injury I signed a retainer with them right awayI called them to inform them I was done with my rehab and they could file to settle When I had not heard from them after months I called to check on my case only to be told it had not been filed They repeated over and over again "but we have years to file", as if I want to wait years!! They made me feel like a nag for insisting they file with in the next week Their percentage was 33.33% but they figured in my med pay to the total amount and then took 33.33% of that amount If that wasn't greedy enough they charged $more for "maintenance" of my account as well as common expenses associated with filing I expected these expenses to be covered under the 33.33% In addition, they negotiated down the fee of the one person who did work hard in this case--my chiropractor!
