I have been harrassed by this office for monthsWhen I was approached by them in February I paid of the billsStarted making payments to the 4th and told them I needed to confirm the 5th bill because I didn't know it existedAll bills were paid in full before summons arrivedThen notice to appear cameWe went because we knew we had toHe confirmed all bills were paid but wanted $for showing up to courtI paidSince then I have sent him the confirmation letter to dismiss case times and he continues to say he doesn't have it and even filed another notice to appear which I missed cuz I thought it was overI would only gain from signing the dismissal letter, why would I not sign it? And we have had no money to pay these in full because we lost everything in the recession and I'm too sick to workWe had to borrow the money from my own daughter to pay them in full to make them go away and they just keep stringing us along trying to get more feesWe paid these in full before first meetingIve been harrassed by them since Feb They have crippled our very tight monthly budget for at least a yearAnd they are as of Sept still pretending I never sent the final document that I sent twice by mail and twice by emailIm filing an official grievance with this Lawyer

I have been harrassed by this office for months. When I was approached by them in February I paid 3 of the 5 bills. Started making payments to the 4th and told them I needed to confirm the 5th bill because I didn't know it existed. All bills were paid in full before summons arrived. Then notice to appear came. We went because we knew we had to. He confirmed all bills were paid but wanted $218 for showing up to court. I paid. Since then I have sent him the confirmation letter to dismiss case 4 times and he continues to say he doesn't have it and even filed another notice to appear which I missed cuz I thought it was over.
