Review: I hired Support Law Center to assist me in obtaining a modification for my mortgage. They told me that they will review my file and let me know if they can assist me. Once reviewed they let me know that they will only accept cases where they can deliver. They told me they have direct contact with the underwriters and corporate offices of my lender [redacted]. Since there offices are located next to them. This will enable them to negotiate on my behalf and they know how to present to the lender the file which will result in my receiving a modification.They charged me $[redacted] in three installments. The modification was denied by the lender. There was no direct communication from them with the underwriter to negotiate or discuss my loan. They presented my file poorly to the lender. With no explanation on my situation to help me obtain my modification. The work they did , did not qualify them to take the money they took from me. This was not what they told me they would do. They also told me they have a ** attorney which will represent me in court if needed. I had a court date scheduled and when I called to make sure that the attorney would go to court they said no their attorney won't go to represent me in court. When I found out about the denial I contacted the processor [redacted] and she told me it's normal from the lender to deny she will apply for an appeal. She again submitted a package to the lender different then she told me she would and the appeal was denied. I have tried reaching her but can't get through. I left messages to [redacted] the sales person that misrepresented information and [redacted] bookeeping department that collected the monies but they are not returning my calls. It seems like this company has closed its doors. I'm really dissappointed since I checked with Revdex.com prior to proceeding with them and they were in good standing. This seems to be a big scam and I want my money backd
