I will issue a credit for pet rent and pet fee as I am aware [redacted] has not occupied the unitThis will be refunded at the time of the deposit disposition when we close out the account The requirement for days notice and the Early Term fee OR paying until the unit's re-rent date still stands per the legal contract signed I explained in our conversation that we are unable to prioritize or promote the unit any more aggressively than any other available unit for a couple of reasons, one being that doing so could be considered steering and it would be illegalThe second being that we have other residents in the same circumstances and we always try to be fair with all residents We have and will continue to make efforts to rent the unit as soon as possible

I am rejecting this response because: move in per the apartments own contract is not definedThe apartment has agreed to not charge as cleaning fee as the unit has never been occupiedThe contract is not clear as to what is considered move in and and what is not, the renter should not be liable due to the fact their contact is very vagueAgain I attempted to offer to pay the business months rent and give keys back on 3/23/as I was not moving into the unitAs stated in previous stamentmend I have paid $thus far which is more than months rent. I received a phone call from the apartments and was told there is a potential renter for this unit that they are hoping will move in before the end of MayWhich further indicates their unwillingness to help in the matterIf they were not currently collecting rent from me they would not hold an empty vacant ready to rent untit until the end of May I was contacted by the apartments only since the Revdex.com's involvement. So far Eugenia has been unwilling and unable to help in this matter and regional management should be involved.
