Unfortunately by the time BGMU was notified of the mistake it was to late to reverse the payment. The account currently shows a 90.00 credit and BGMU will be glad to refund this back to the customer once she has provided to us that the check has cleared her bank. If the customer had contacted someone during business hours at the time it happened we could have reversed the payment but once it's processed we can't stop the payment. This payment was made after hours and there was no way to stop it. BGMU does give you the option to make past due or entire balance payments and it's up to the customer to make the correct choice. We offer this because another bill has also came out and it gives the customer and chance to pay the entire balance.
